Who You Are:
As a vital member of our Inside Sales team, you are instrumental in propelling business development, increasing gross profit, and steering revenue growth. We are seeking an individual with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of our organization. In this role, the Inside Sales Representative collaborates closely with senior-level and sales account managers, providing crucial support throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver precise and timely quotations, ensuring accuracy for potential customers.
- Expertly handle customer inquiries, requests, and issues through email and phone, collaborating seamlessly with senior account managers to provide comprehensive responses.
- Engage with distributors, manufacturers, partners, and resellers to gather essential pricing and product information for crafting tailored quotations, following the strategic direction of account managers.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activity in Salesforce, providing crucial support to the efforts of account managers.
- Coordinate and communicate with CyKor’s Operations Department to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products to meet customer schedules.
- Assist in resolving customer issues with delivery and/or product returns.
- Support account managers with various account and customer service activities.
- Initiate contact with potential customers, generating leads through various means such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Immerse yourself in CyKor’s dynamic learning environment, actively participating in technology and sales training for continuous career development.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with valued manufacturers and vendors.
- Foster successful cross-departmental collaborations to deliver value to customers and support their mission.
- Collaborate with knowledgeable engineering staff to generate quotes and design customized solutions based on individual client needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product, service, and solution offerings, including Network Security, Infrastructure Solutions, Collaboration, Enterprise Applications, Analytics, and Cloud, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Passion for technology and a strong aptitude for understanding and discussing specific technological applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
- Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels within an organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges and identify opportunities.
